Late bookings can only be held for 15 minutes unless you inform our team otherwise. All table bookings are for 2 hours and can accommodate up to 20 people. Groups larger than 20 are considered functions and subject to minimum spends (see the Functions Tab for details).
A credit card is required to confirm all table bookings. No charges will be made unless you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or don't show up. In that case, your card will be charged $20 per person.
ENTRY AND IDENTIFICATION
All 18+ must have a valid form of identification.
Any children will be required to be accompanied by their parent at all times on premise.
Feel free to bring your children but please note that you are responsible for them and they will need to leave before 8pm.
Please arrive before your booking time as we can be busy on the door.
Wheelchair access is available on ground level. Should you need assistance, our team is more than happy to assist.
We have a Designated Outdoor Smoking Area on level 2 above the DJ Container.
The closest train station is Fortitude Valley and we are a short walk from the City Cat Ferry Terminal.
There are a number of Secure Parking Stations available. Please see our Benefits page for some local discount codes.We are a licensed venue with strict standards to ensure everyone's safety, covering behaviour, harassment, smoking, and facility use. If security removes or bans you, we fully support their decision.
Dress smart and casual—dress shorts are fine on warm days. Footwear is mandatory, but certain attire like gang-related or offensive shirts, muscle or sports singlets (men), sandals (men), mullets, stubby shorts, thongs, tracksuits, and board shorts are not allowed. Sneakers are welcome, and torn clothing is okay if intentional. Costumes are generally not permitted unless it’s a themed event, so check with us first. Tattoos are fine, but aggressive or offensive ones, especially above the collar, aren’t allowed.
Please be kind to your neighbours and our team—anti-social behaviour won’t be tolerated. If you're intoxicated, you legally can’t enter—don’t take it personally, come back another night. Aggressive or violent behaviour will result in a Scantek system ban, potentially restricting entry to all safe night precincts in the city and valley.
We take pride in maintaining a safe venue—your safety is our priority. If you ever feel unsafe, please inform one of our team members immediately.
